Your designer and event producer will begin meeting with creative vendors to develop your authentic design plan. A design presentation and table mockup will be presented for approval.

We’ll dive into the details of your event and begin locking in your VIP vendors.

Wedding Weekend
Our event production team will manage all vendors and site logistics. Our event producer will serve at this primary point of contact for all vendors, family, and guests on the event day.
Event Management
Once your design phase and proposed budget is approved, we’ll enter production. At this time, you will sign any remaining vendor contracts and place deposits. Our event production team will hold a final walk-through to review timelines and floor plans with your creative team.
