There are four key elements that comprise our white glove service.
From there we’ll book your VIP vendors, using our preferred vendor list to partner you with the best industry professionals. Our vendor list is a curated selection that parallels our quality of service. This list is continually updated based on both research and experience. To keep things on track, we’ll manage your event through our planning software, Aisle Planner. You will have access to a detailed checklist, event calendar, production timeline, floor plan(s), vendor information and contracts, budget and other helpful planning resources.
At the start of planning we’ll identify your priorities and complete a strategic budget analysis.
We want to know what your interests are and what inspires you as a couple, and then we’ll create an authentic design. With our creative team, we’ll develop a design plan that will guide all visual elements for your event. Your design plan will include a comprehensive décor proposal including a visual statement, color palette, customized design elements along with floor plan(s). We take your unique style and pair you with a creative team that can execute your vision.
The foundation of our design process is your own unique style and taste.
We correspond with your vendor team to craft a detailed production schedule outlining specific objectives related to back of house production, delivery and set up completion. We orchestrate a final walkthrough one month out from your event with key vendors to ensure all parties are aligned with our production schedule.
This is where we bring the vision to life.
We’ll align schedules to provide unlimited service throughout the day. We’ll also serve as the creative director for your event, leading your team of décor vendors through the design plan to ensure execution is in line with your vision. We’re in charge of designing and overseeing the production of all visual elements.
Our management team will oversee vendors and provide site management on the day of your event.
